According to a report from BET.com, Andrew Wyatt, who works as Mr. Bill Cosby’s attorney-at-law, spoke with reporters from Philadelphia’s station, WCAU-TV. During his chat with journalists, Wyatt claimed Bill is actually having an “amazing time” in prison.
In addition to explaining Cosby’s situation as far more positive as the media has formerly portrayed it, Andrew explained Bill has done nothing wrong and the formerly legendary comedian has expressed no remorse for his crimes.
Wyatt and his lawyer claim the media has done everything in its power to publicly shame Bill and distort the details in the case to the man’s detriment. “Mr. Cosby had prepared himself, he’s mentally strong. He’s just a strong man.”

Describing Cosby’s mood whenever he visits, Andrew said Bill’s emotions are far from somber. “When I visit him, it’s nothing sad about it,” and claims that Bill has no remorse because he never did anything wrong. Since he began serving his sentence, Wyatt explained, Bill has actually managed to lose weight as a consequence of not drinking coffee or consuming bread.
For 55 years Camille Cosby claims she has been trying to get her husband to quit drinking the caffeinated beverage, Wyatt remarked. However, he finally quit drinking coffee, but under unexpected circumstances.
Currently, Mr. Cosby is serving ten years in prison at the SCI-Phoenix on the outskirts of Philadelphia for subjecting Andrea Constand to drug-induced sexual abuse in 2004.
Bill’s legend in the entertainment industry was first called into question publicly when he was jokingly accused of being a rapist in Hannibal Buress’ 2014 stand-up act. Following the stand-up sketch which went viral, a plethora of women began accusing The Cosby Show alum of harassment, assault, rape, and drugging.
His first sexual assault trial ended in a mistrial, but he was re-tried and subsequently sent to prison for three to ten years. It was reported earlier this year that Cosby has actually been acting as sort of a “therapist” while in prison.

BET.com reported that Cosby was acting like his character, Dr. Huxtable, to other inmates. However, other reports suggested that he just entered the general population.
