Early Life and Education

Janna was born on October 19, 1984 in Charlottetown, PEI to parents Nancy Cameron Riggs (Roger) and David Reid (Corinne). She embarked on her nursing education at UPEI, earning a Bachelor of Science.

Janna went on to obtain her Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Calgary. Her adventures also took her to live in Australia and South Korea before settling back home in PEI.

After returning to Charlottetown, Janna and her husband Ryan chose to raise their family in her hometown. She quickly became the vibrant heart of the community, impressing all she encountered with her smile, laughter and ability to put people at ease.

Janna's beautiful spirit touched the lives of many across PEI over the years through both personal and professional relationships. Her absence leaves a profound void.
